Return Policy

To initiate a return of your Sonu Sleep Mattress, Pillow or Sheets (collectively, “Products”), please send an email to Sonu Sleep at returns@SonuSleep.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number and Sonu Sleep’s Customer Service team will begin processing your return request. You must submit all required information and documentation requested by our Customer Care team to complete your return within 14 days of submitting your return and refund request. If you do not provide all required materials within this 14-day period, your refund request will be canceled and you must submit a new refund request.

All returns of any Products must be approved by Sonu Sleep’s Customer Service team. No unauthorized returns will be accepted under any circumstances. All returns must be sent from Canada are subject to the conditions set forth below. Refunds for any permissible returns will be issued in the form of your original payment method. If you purchased the Products using an offer code or gift code, the dollar value of any offer code will not be refunded or credited back if any or all of the merchandise is returned. Please note that we do not refund any shipping costs or fees.

Any approved refunds will be issued in the form of your original payment method. You will be refunded the full product price of the Product less the value of any discount, offer code or gift code value, interest accrued, state-based recycling fees and/or any applicable shipping charges.

Products purchased by customers located outside the United States (including US territories) or Canada are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Sonu Sleep product purchased from resellers are not authorized by Sonu Sleep, therefore is not available for return.

Unless a Product exchange is requested due to a warranty claim, exchanges are processed as return and refund requests as described herein. After returning the Product to be exchanged, you may place an order for the replacement Product. You may only request one exchange for each Product.

The return period or trial period cannot be used to return Products in order to redeem a current or future promotion, sale or coupon.

Purchases made through Koalafi are final and do not qualify for the 100-night trial period due to Koalafi's policies.

Below is a breakdown of the terms and conditions of the return/refund and exchange policy per Product category. These terms and conditions apply to Product returns and/or exchanges as described, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted if the Products do not meet these conditions:


Sonu Sleep Mattress

To be eligible for a return of an opened Sonu Sleep Mattress during your 100-night trial period, you must submit a return request to Sonu Sleep and provide all required information and documentation to complete your return request at a minimum of 60 days after the delivery date, and you must still be within your 100-night trial period. If your return request is approved by our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the Mattress back to Sonu Sleep, which will be deducted from the amount of your refund. Additional shipping charges may apply for Mattresses returned from Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.

Unopened Mattresses are only eligible for return and refund after delivery for a period of 30 days after delivery. Mattresses that have not been opened within 30 days of delivery are considered misuse of the product and are ineligible for warranty claims and returns.

Claims of theft or loss of packages, when accompanied by FedEx's documented proof of delivery, are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Mattresses that have been damaged while opening or during decompression will not be eligible for refund or replacement, as all mattresses are quality control checked for tears, rips, cuts or any abnormality in the cover material before leaving the factory. All checked mattresses are compressed and heat sealed in high gauge plastic enclosures, rolled in multiple layers of protective wrap, then boxed in double corrugated cardboard to fully prevent and protect against any and all damage while in transit.

To be eligible for a return, the Mattress must be in a clean, unsoiled and undamaged condition in which we can donate it, with only normal wear and tear from proper usage, as determined in Sonu Sleep’s sole discretion. Your Mattress may only be returned if it was used only for its intended purpose and satisfies all conditions set forth in our Limited Mattress Warranty Policy, as determined by Sonu Sleep in our sole discretion. It is the responsibility of the customer to order the correct size Mattress for your bed frame or platform. Returns, refunds or exchanges for incorrectly ordered Mattresses will not be accepted.


Sonu Sleep Pillows

To be eligible for a return of unopened Sonu Sleep Pillow products (including top pillows, top pillow deluxes and comfort inserts), you must submit a return request to Sonu Sleep and provide all required information and documentation to complete your return request within 30 days after the date of delivery. The Sonu Sleep Pillow products may only be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery and only if they are still in their original packaging and unopened, free of all damage and wear and tear of any kind. If your return request is approved by our Customer Service team, return shipping for the products will be free, except you may be responsible for return shipping charges if you are located in Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.

Due to the nature of Sonu Sleep Pillow products, all opened and/or unopened products with damaged packaging are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. If you do not submit a return request and provide all required information in a manner approved by Sonu Sleep within 30 days after delivery of your products, you will not be eligible for a refund, return or exchange.


Sonu Sleep Bedding

To be eligible for a return of unopened Sonu Sleep Bedding products (including sheet sets, support pillowcases, mattress protectors, comforters, duvet covers and blankets) you must submit a return request to Sonu Sleep and provide all required information and documentation to complete your return request within 30 days after the date of delivery. Sonu Sleep Bedding products may only be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery if they are still in their original packaging and unopened, free of all damage and wear and tear of any kind. If your return request is approved by our Customer Service team, return shipping for the products will be free, except you may be responsible for return shipping charges if you are located in Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.

Due to the nature of Sonu Sleep Bedding products, all opened and/or unopened products with damaged packaging are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. If you do not submit a return request and provide all required information in a manner approved by Sonu Sleep within 30 days after delivery of your products, you will not be eligible for a refund, return or exchange.


Sonu Sleep Accessories

To be eligible for a return of unopened Sonu Sleep Accessories (including the Extra Support Kit) you must submit a return request to Sonu Sleep and provide all required information and documentation to complete your return request within 30 days after the date of delivery. Sonu Sleep Accessories may only be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery if they are still in their original packaging and unopened, free of all damage and wear and tear of any kind. If your return request is approved by our Customer Service team, return shipping for the products will be free, except you may be responsible for return shipping charges if you are located in Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.

Due to the nature of Sonu Sleep Accessories, all opened and/or unopened products with damaged packaging are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. If you do not submit a return request and provide all required information in a manner approved by Sonu Sleep within 30 days after delivery of your products, you will not be eligible for a refund, return or exchange.


Sonu Sleep Bases

All Sonu Sleep Bases, including The SONU Adjustable Base Deluxe, The SONU Adjustable Base, The SONU Base, The SONU Bed Frame and The SONU Foundation (collectively "Bases") are not eligible for return or exchange. Bases are sold as-is for “final sale”.


Limited Warranty Policy Exceptions

Nothing contained herein is intended to alter or modify the terms of any limited warranty that may accompany your purchase of any Sonu Sleep Products. Please refer to Sonu Sleep’s applicable limited warranty policies for your Products for more information, including limitations and exclusions.
