The SONU Support Pillows come with every mattress and are specifically designed to fill the Comfort Channel while allowing room for your arms and shoulders. 4 Support Pillows come with every mattress - 2 for each sleeper (2 total for Twin XL). On the other hand, the SONU Top Pillows are sold separately and are to be placed on top of the Support Pillows to cushion your head.

Yes, you may customize your head and neck support height by adding or removing layers within the Support Pillows. Open the zipper on side of each Support Pillow to access the individual foam layers. We recommend altering the height slightly by only adjusting layers in one of the two Support Pillows in each sleeper’s vertical stack. As your SONU continues to mold to your own personal shape over time keep in mind that you can continue to adjust your head height support to compliment any changes in your sleeping positions you may embrace.
